FERNDALE, Mich.
, June 10 2008— DIVDAT,
a Ferndale, Mich.-based
provider of CashLINC™;
a comprehensive receivable
management system comprised of printing & mailing, electronic bill payment and
presentment (EBPP), online document archiving and retrieval, integrated voice response
(IVR), broadcast fax, e-mail, and text messaging, voice mail communications, and
additional Preferential Communication™ services, has announced a partnership with
Pleasanton, Calif.-based
Fireside
Bank to launch a new, walk-up kiosk network program.
DIVDAT President Jason Bierkle made the announcement.
DIVDAT’s kiosk network
is an easy-to-use system of proprietary walk-up bill-payment kiosks offering customers
a convenient cash alternative for paying their bills. Available in English and Spanish
with a highly graphical interface, DIVDAT’s walk-up kiosk network is ideal for customers
who want choices when paying their bills.
Fireside Bank, an FDIC-insured
and regulated industrial bank whose primary business is competitive automobile lending
for non-prime credit customers, recently
implemented
DIVDAT’s kiosk network solution following the consolidation of its multiple servicing
operations into two centralized servicing centers.
As a result, their customers in
California
,
Oregon
,
Washington
,
Arizona
and
Utah
are able to make loan payments with cash—any time—at any one of the walk-up kiosks
conveniently located in select 7-Eleven® stores.
“Fireside Bank has
had a long-standing relationship with DIVDAT,” says Bruce White, Fireside’s SVP
of Portfolio Management. “When our
company centralized all loan servicing activities, we began searching for products
and tools that would simplify the payment process for our sub-prime borrowers. Many of our borrowers prefer to make
their payments using cash. DIVDAT’s
walk-up kiosk network was a logical fit for our company as we build best-in-class
servicing strategies and seek to meet the needs of our borrowers.
Our borrowers appreciate the many options that we have provided for them
to remit a payment. Better service options generally translate to better portfolio
performance.”
White continues, “DIVDAT is a strong, reliable
partner. We’ve been impressed with
their innovation and long-term vision.
They are no longer just a statement print vendor for us but a true business solutions
partner.”
DIVDAT’s walk-up kiosk network is just one
component of the CashLINC system, a proprietary data integration, notification and
response channel that serves as a
complete receivables
management communications system for DIVDAT clients. Because the kiosk network works
through the use of one existing data feed, integrating
the solution for existing client Fireside Bank was seamless.
